CA (Bonded Abrasives)
Shandong Imerys Mount Tai CA is a microcrystalline ceramic grain manufactured by our sol-gel process. Due to the fracture behaviour along its submicron crystals, this specific CA grain provides highest grinding performances for all applications and several pressure ranges.
This unique microcrystalline structure, the high toughness, and the special self-sharpening effect, allows the usage of CA in various grinding applications for difficult-to-process materials. Here it achieves the highest cutting rates and longest tool lifetimes.

Shandong Imerys Mount Tai CA for bonded abrasive applications is available in grits F24 to F220, sized in accordance with the current FEPA and ISO sieve standards.
PACKAGING：
Shandong Imerys Mount Tai CA is available in 25kg paper or plastic bags and in 1000kg big bags. Special packaging can be agreed against surcharge.
